- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are usually at base level already so discounts are rare but every job and circumstance is different so I’m flexible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact to establish communication pathways then schedule an appointment to look at the project meet the client and answer any questions. Most of the time I can offer an onsite estimate for the job but if not I will send it by email asap. From there if the client accepts to offer I then send the contract and once approved the materials are ordered and work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in residential drafting and mechanical drafting and certification in residential design. I have over 20 years of hands on experience in building and remodeling.
