- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a service fee, however it is waived if we do the work. Our pricing is per job and we are very competitive with our prices. We may not be the cheapest in town, but we are the one of the best.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to be able to get our Sales Director and/or our technician out and get to know who you are and what your HVAC needs are. We also like to get to know the system and how efficiently it is working and see if there is anything we can recommend for it to work better and more efficiently for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Techs and our Sales Director along with our GM all go through extensive training classes regularly to continue and expand their knowledge of all HVAC systems and Water Heaters.
