Our company was founded in 1993, We have great, knowledgeable, and experienced technicians and a great Sales Director. Our GM likes to get his hands dirty too. We all will play a big part in all appointments and jobs. From our top notch Customer Service, to our technicians, Sales Director, and GM. Ken ran a bit late, having locked his keys in his car during his first call that morning. I was very impressed that both he and someone from the office contacted me to explain the matter and keep me updated regarding his ETA. Their reaching out turned the delay into a non-issue for me.Ken allowed me to observe his work during our first routine maintenance of our furnace. As he was working, he explained what he was doing, identifying the parts he was inspecting, adjusting, etc. and their functions. I found this very helpful and increased my confidence in choosing the regular maintenance program. He worked efficiently and thoroughly and when he left I was very pleased that we'd chosen the maintenance contract.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a service fee, however it is waived if we do the work. Our pricing is per job and we are very competitive with our prices. We may not be the cheapest in town, but we are the one of the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to be able to get our Sales Director and/or our technician out and get to know who you are and what your HVAC needs are. We also like to get to know the system and how efficiently it is working and see if there is anything we can recommend for it to work better and more efficiently for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Techs and our Sales Director along with our GM all go through extensive training classes regularly to continue and expand their knowledge of all HVAC systems and Water Heaters.
