- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a minimal standard of pricing. Standard on Recon on any said Property is 35.00. and is only applied after a contract negotiated. Travel Time mostly is included.. There sometime is an upfront fee if over 1000.00. Price may vary on any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to express individual needs on a specific project..Find out what a customer wants in a timely manor. I will explain questions regarding my knowledge pertaining to the project. I lean on my years of experience and also as a partner in a Land Survey company.. I like to keep an open relationship to all new business and will advise them other reliable resources if I can be of help to provide a reasonable businesslike solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architectural & Engineering aptitude: Worked with Civil Engineers, Consultants & Surveyors for 20 yrs. Member American Association of Designers and Drafters. 2 yrs Machine Tool Technology diploma that utilizied a compatibility of computers language to a total automated shop environment. Land Survey and sight engineering on almost every civil engineering application. Roads, Bridges, Sanitary Sewer, Gas line Railway and Powerplant environments. Commercial Log Home drafter. Subcontractor on small home projects Drives Walkways Decks and Home additons.
