- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no cap on the number of hours that I will dedicate to every home that help my clients to buy or sell. Whatever it takes to get the job done is what matters most.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a working rapport and gaining an understanding of what is important to the people whom I will possibly be representing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take more courses than required of real estate licensed professionals. This includes contract law; staging homes; updated market conditions and more.
