The railing "feet" had rusted out and broken off. Sheppard Welding had to weld on new feet, paint the new feet, clean out the holes where the railing had been, and put cement in the holes and put the railing back on the porch. I had to wait a while, maybe about 2 weeks or a little more because our schedules were both busy. Scott and another worker, arrived at the scheduled time with a pontoon trailer carrying the equipment and another customer's railing, so he could not park in our visitor parking but he was finished in a few hours and parking alongside the road caused no problems. I would advise any customer to take the time to wait, I think he did a beautiful job.
