After working for other companies and not always agreeing with their business tactics or how they treated their customers, I decided to make a change. I started my business in 2012 with one goal in mind. Provide the best possible experience for my customers with the highest quality work at an affordable price. I couldn’t say enough positive things about my experience with Haley’s Home Services! Jeff arrived a few minutes early, discussed the work he was going to do prior to starting, and finished everything just the way he said he would. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never up charge for any material used for a job. The only money I make is on my labor. That's it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish a line of communication first discuss the customers wants and desires for the job at hand. It's always good to get to know a little about the customer and for them to get to know about myself before we begin our contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all of my education and training has been on the job by professional business owners who had great pride in their work.
