Our pricing is upfront and based on square footage, scope, and service frequency. Recurring services are discounted compared to one-time cleanings. Pricing includes standard cleaning supplies. Specialty services (windows, floor restoration, heavy buildup, or non-standard requests) are quoted separately so there are no surprises.
