Moving Day Emergency SOLVED! I didn’t know we had so much crap after packing everything up, but we did and we weren’t taking it with us. We called Trident Prohaulers LLC and we’re glad we did—we should’ve started with them first! After leaving several messages with other companies and getting nowhere, we called Trident. Though it was getting late in the day, Paul picked up and got us a dumpster immediately. We packed it full, called him back, and it was gone just like that! I can’t thank them enough! There are absolutely no negatives to using Paul. He was quick to return messages, he did what he said he was going to do and then some. He quoted me a price and then he stuck to it even though he probably could have either changed his prices because of the things I had, or not picked them up as some of the stuff was buried in the pile and I wasn’t aware. He said he would get it all, price he guaranteed. An honest, hard working family man and a veteran. The items options they gave to ask why I liked working with him would only allow 3 out of 5 options. Well he was all 5 and then some. When I called he was going to get me in the next day. NEXT DAY? Really. Businesses don’t do that these days so I had to put him off for a few days because I wasn’t ready for him. Then when he showed up he was actually early, AND called beforehand to make sure it was ok. There are no negatives to using Trident and Paul.

Normally a flat rate fee based on volume and time. I do offer 10% veteran and first responder discount.

First thing in the process is to find out what the customers need is and go from there.
