What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard price per hour with a retainer once hired. Some services have variations with pricing depending on particular task.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through trust and complete confidently throught the assignment. Once retained I treat your case as if I will be needed to testify in court, called upon for depositions, etc. Regularly updates to the client and attorney along with written reports. All videos & photos are time/date stampted for potential testimony at court.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree from Barry University. 28 years of law enforcement to include criminal investigations (Indian River County Sheriff Office). 17 years working for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Firearms Instructor & Use of Force. I am licensed to practice in both Georgia and Florida as a licensed Investigator.
