- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on many factors, such as the type of fence. I charge .45 to .85 per square foot to Stain Fences. Other factors include, covering up plants, concrete, and swimming pools. My cleaning fee for older fences is .10 to .15 cent per foot. Older Fences must be cleaned first before a Staining Application can take place. Decks are priced at 1.00 to 1.50 per Square foot, which includes cleaning and Staining. We only use Wood Defenders Stain and Seal, which comes with in a Semi Transparent Stain and a Transparent Stain and Seal. We offer a 5% discount to all Military and First Responders! We use only Wood Defender products that are Semi-Transparent and Transparent. You get a three year warranty on the Semi Transparent and Two year warranty on the Transparent.

I travel to the customers home/business or call them to discuss the application process and provide a free quote of the services that I offer.

I am the only trained and certified Wood Defender Applicator in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida! I have many years of experience Staining the most complex and risky jobs
