- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price the jobs several different ways , I'm not greedy so I price to save costumer money and make a little to. I go by the job or by the feet or time /hourly.the one that saves the consumer the most and pays that bills.i love to work that is why I do it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction.get to know them see what they like try to read thier personality,try to find out if they know what they want and then put together a plan to achieve their goal.if they can't visualize the project I usually can .sometimes we just hang out or talk about things in general so thier more relaxed and then at the same time I get to know them a little more ,what they like and don't like etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for other contractors.some would work with u and some didnt.i graduated high school and took votec training as welder in highschool .Mechanic for 25 years head of maintenance for 65 townhouses ,section8 .remodeled my own homes etc.i have remodeled many homes.including mobile homes.our company did almost everything from digging footer to metal roof.the only thing I subbed out was electrical ac ,plumbing.and we can do that.most of the time.
