- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple and fair. Every home is a little different, so the price depends on the size of the space and how much cleaning is needed. We’ll always confirm the price with you before we get started. If you love our work and want us back regularly, we also offer better rates for recurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things easy. We’ll first ask a few quick questions about your home or office, what you’d like cleaned, and anything that needs extra attention. Once we agree on the details and price, we’ll schedule a time that works for you. On cleaning day, we arrive prepared with our supplies and focus on getting the job done right. Before we leave, we make sure you’re happy with everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on experience and learning what actually works in real homes and businesses. We focus on proper cleaning techniques, safe product use, attention to detail, and treating every customer’s property with care. We also make sure our team understands our cleaning standards before working with customers.
