- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once booked I reach out via email to confirm the date and time, and then we discuss the details of the event such as location, dress, and whether a little up-lightning might enhance the experience. I arrive about an hour early to setup, which gives me enough time to touch base and say hello, setup, do a sound check, etc...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've headed up a rock band for years in the Northeast. During the pandemic I moved to Savannah, GA, and now play intimate solo shows on the acoustic. I also play harmonica, and can play loops and lead guitar to keep the sets interesting. Bottom line... I've put in the time to be able to put on a great show. Expect a solid performance.
