We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, square footage, the number of rooms, if additional time is needed, or if other services are added.

Our interaction with new customers is quite simple. We gather the basic information, provide an estimate, schedule the appointment. Because an estimate is an approximate calculation or judgement of value, we keep the customer updated in every step of the cleaning process to not go over budget.
