Chef Thackery was fantastic to work with. The food was the best we had on our trip! If we would have went out to dinner, as a group of 10 it would have been more expensive and probably not nearly as good. He was responsive, pleasant and affordable. Hiring him to bring in a high end meal was the best decision.
