- How did you get started doing this type of work?
"While in High School, I worked at a local tavern with a hungarian chef called Pepe. He taught me much about work ethic, culinary arts and passion. I am still in close touch with the owner of that place. Pepe has passed and the owner has passed, but I used to babysit his son, the new owner. There is true trust and love there. Their honesty and integrity rubbed off on me as well as their passion for food and service.
