I have been cooking for over 18 years and have catered to many vacation rentals in Savannah, Tybee and surrounding areas. I prefer to focus on smaller groups where my guests get that special attention and no detail is overlooked. From a Romantic Dinner for 2, to a Seafood Feast or good ole Southern BBQ for a group, you will certainly be ready to Savor the Flavor! Alicia was timely, kind and did a great job cleaning up. For the price, we did feel as though the quality of the ingredients was a bit lacking. However, the grits were great!

I'm sorry you feel the ingredients were lacking. It seemed like all the gals enjoyed their meal. Plates were empty when I cleared them.....The only thing I can think is the fish and grits - I probably could have used another fish - yet, Flounder is usually the favorite for a good fried filet. I hate you didn't like it. All the vegetables were fresh, of course, and the peach cobbler - had a mix of fresh peaches as well as my Aunt Teresa's preserved peaches. I have never had any food complaints on my dinner parties, especially on the Fish and Grits. My pricing is very comparable to any high end restaurant pricing - and I come to you. Also, I only had a 3 day window for your party, since whomever you previously hired cancelled on you. I did everything in my power to accommodate. If your ever in need of a Chef in Savannah again, please indulge me the opportunity to change your opinion.
