- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees with Faithfulcompanionspetcare The price quoted to you is the total price you will be charged unless of course you add services such as transport or picking up pet food or prescriptions from the vet/store, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers receive a free meet/sniff meeting prior to pet sitting, where at least two Coweta Fayette pet sitters will come to your home to meet you and your pet(s) at a time/date convenient for you. This meeting is free of charge. At this time, you can show us exactly what you want done and where pertinent items are kept, etc. Please let us know of any additional services you might want done such as bringing in mail, watering plants, etc. so those can be included on the instructions provided to the pet sitter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us have several pets of our own and most of us have volunteered with local rescue groups and/or worked in a veterinarian's office.
