Introduction: A Reiki treatment is a safe, gentle, and non-invasive healing art that helps heal by balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses all parts of our being (holistic) -- physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. When we bring all parts of ourselves into balance, the body can work better to heal itself.
Reiki treatments are helpful for, but not limited to:
- Stress relief
- Anxiety and depression
- Emotional trauma
- Insomnia
- Side effects from cancer treatment, including nausea and fatigue
- Overall well-being
Reiki works best if performed over a period of sessions, but many clients have reported feeling better immediately.
