I reached out to get my air checked. JC came out and checked and found out it was the control panel and switch. He stated he would look for the control panel. That’s was almost a week ago. I have not heard anything back. I’ve had to reach out to other people to get my air fixed. I understand this is a busy time, however, if the part couldn’t be found, let me know the other options.
