- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
>Our pricing reflects a turnkey service model and assumes consistent access to the work area. When we need to fully pause a project—such as during client travel—or when access is restricted due to schedules, it can extend the timeline and increase project management costs. >Depending on the size and scope of the project, we may offer a cost-plus pricing arrangement. >As of November 2025, we offer financing up to $150,000 to our residential clients (pending their application approval).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects begin with a site visit to take photos, accurate measurements, and to discuss goals for the space in question. Then our team of estimators works with project managers and subcontractors to get detailed pricing and a path to complete your project so that when you receive our proposal, that job is clear in its cost of time and money.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily serve residential homeowners, but our experience extends well beyond that. We have completed numerous projects involving rental property construction, commercial buildouts, ground-up construction, and home additions. This range of work allows us to adapt to a variety of customer needs and project types.
