Josh is the best! I had some hard to diagnose drainage and grading issues and Josh went above and beyond to determine the right solution and then to get it fixed. Really happy with the outcome!

After the removal of an above ground pool and deck, the scope of the project was to re-grade the back yard, plant sod, a tree, and bushes. Josh provided a written estimate, which was accepted, and a date was set for work to start. Just a few days before the work was scheduled to begin, I realized that the configuration of our existing irrigation system needed to be changed to include this new area. I tried to get a hold of the company who initially installed our irrigation system – they apparently are so busy, they never returned my phone call. Josh came back out, and said he could tie this new yard area into our existing system. This delayed the start of the project a few days, but on the day of the installation, Josh and his crew were here on time, as promised. I was out of town for the day, and upon my return, I could see that everything had been done well. Josh is easy to work with, and easier to get a hold of than most contractors. I would recommend Cuts Lawn Service.

Josh responded to my posted request with first couple of hours. He was very professional throughout all correspondence, and was able to give me a quote within a day, and complete the project very quickly. He even took pictures of completed work so I can see it while at work.

Josh is dependable (arrives on time) and keeps you informed of anything that might hinder the completion of the project. He services clients on a first come first served basis. We had him remove trees and underbrush, old shrubbery, put down pine straw, river rock and put in new shrubs. It was a large job that was completed according to plan.
