I cannot say enough about how much my work with Bianca Walker has helped me in my career and overall sense of well-being. Let me just say now: If you're on the fence, HIRE HER! I was suffering through a two-year period of flailing trying to figure out what to do after I quit my full-time job, and I only wish I'd turned to Bianca sooner for help. After our first conversation, which was really a thorough inventory and assessment of what I needed (some stuff I didn't even realize I needed!), I knew I was in good hands, and it was definitely true. As a result of our work together and Bianca's steady and consistent and supportive approach, I now own a successful business and am clear on the direction I'm going in. It certainly wasn't easy, and there were times I got really discouraged to the point of wanting to give up; but Bianca was always there to encourage me and remind me to just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and here I am on the other side.
Better yet, though, I'm clear on my purpose in my work. It feels meaningful to me now. But I'm also eating better, taking a yoga class, and journaling for the first time in years. At the turn of the New Year, my family was in a crisis. My husband was beyond dissatisfied at his job and it was causing chaos in our home. I suggested that he speak to a career coach to help him figure out what his next professional step would be and assistance getting him on the right path. Bianca was patient, asked the right questions and created a job plan for my husband. Six months later, our home is a lot less stressful because of the laser focused plan that Bianca helped to develop. She equipped my husband with a professionally designed resume which detailed his combined work history and personal experience. Bianca is down to earth and professional. She has a natural gift for tuning into where you really are and building from there. I feel expecially blessed to have had her support during a difficult time in my career when I had to make some touch decisions for my own well being. She wrote detailed notes of our sessions and asked poignant questions. Bianca was always on time and sometimes early. Her work is quality and you can tell this is her passion.
