RAM LAW, LLC was founded to provide responsive high-quality legal services during unstable and changing times due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Attorney Renee Morgan represents clients in all jurisdictions within 75 miles of Atlanta, Georgia. Each Court may make their own decisions regarding in-person appearances and how to process cases during high waves of infection. An attorney is often required in order to move your case forward, as pro se parties often get placed on the bottom of a Judge's docket. Attorney Renee Morgan began prosecuting misdemeanors in law school with the Atlanta City Solicitor's office under the Georgia 3L Practice Act. Renee continued to pursue the inside of the courtroom in civil litigation (Tort/Personal Injury Claims pre-suit through litigation and post-judgment collection) and criminal defense (DUI Defense, Drug Possession Defense) over the next 9 years, developing a multi-faceted litigation style designed to push cases through litigation quickly and to place pressure on opposing parties to compromise.
