The repairman was on time and was very thorough in analyzing our equipment. The initial treadmill problem was electrical versus what we initially reported, and the elliptical had some bolts/nuts that needed tightened. Our pieces of equipment had unreported problems that were identified and repaired. We would highly recommend this company for repair service. Thanks

The technician called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Showed up on time and was very professional. Showed me the work he did and explained why I was having issues with my elliptical belt popping off. Replaced the parts and it works great now. Punctual, Professional, Friendly. I will use them again when the need comes.

Bryan was prompt (actually early which helped me), personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did minor, but important, repairs to my treadmill, bicycle and weight machine. I would not hesitate to recommend Fitness Machine and Bryan.
