Wedding and Event Decorating
Patrice was the ultimate professional. She arrived to the venue before I did and immediately began working to create my vision. I had never met her since I live in PA and she had never been to the venue until the day of the event. She delivered, my guest continue to talk about how nicely the venue was decorated. I would definitely hire her again. If you're having an event and want it done right, Patrice is your girl. Wedding and Event Decorating
I really don’t know where to start, because Patrice exceeded our expectations. She was so natural and fitted right in with what we wanted. I’m crying as I write this, because I didn’t know how my vision was going to look. But Patrice, told me to relax and that she would take care of everything. She simply went over and beyond for us, and for that I am forever grateful. Can’t wait to start planning my company’s holiday party with her now. Will add pictures when I receive them. Patrice was nice but for what we paid I don’t feel like we got that. We didn’t receive our timeline until the week of the event. We had vendors calling us on the day of the wedding to get details they should’ve been given ahead of time. A coordinator especially for a wedding should shield the bride from any issues that are going on. In all honesty I don’t like the way my event was handled. Our photographers wife checked on us more than our coordinator did. Our family, friends, guests and bridal party didn’t know what was going on causing confusion. We had guest leave because they had been sitting for too long. Members of my bridal party missed pictures because they didn’t know where to go. Moments were missed and it’s sad because we can never get those moments back. We paid too much money for our wedding to have it not have been an enjoyable day. Needless to say we are very hurt and unhappy with how our wedding day turned out. I stand by my review! The decorator had plenty of help so if you chose to help that was your choice. I’m not asking you to control the weather or the venue times. The facts are you were not attentive to us, we didn’t know what was going on, we missed moments and our guests missed moments because no one knew what was going on!! Clearly your instructions weren’t clear because they didn’t know what to do or where to go or everything would’ve run smoothly. We were sitting and wondering around trying to figure out what was going on. The only vendor we had an issue with was the officer because we unaware they second officer was coming. The caterer is responsible for providing those things so again if you went to purchase those forks then send a receipt and we will gladly pay you for that. You weren’t attentive to us and those are the facts of the day of the event. We had to change our entire event the day before to an inside ceremony and you offered those items but again we will gladly pay for the use of the backdrop and lanterns. We aren’t satisfied with the outcome and the fee we paid did not yield the results we received.Oct 22, 2019Verified
I used Perfect Perfections for a bridal shower and wedding and she was absolutely phenomenal! She really took my vision and helped bring it to life. She was extremely patient and made sure that my ideas were heard and incorporated into the final product. She is extremely professional and was willing to meet in person, by phone call and even FaceTime so we could share decor purchases. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are not the highest and not the cheapest but they are fair and within market standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a phone consultation and a face to face to discuss their needs and desires. From there we began to work together to create a Vision of Perfection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have taken planning classes, I have a background in contract review and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
