I was honestly pretty scared when I learned I had rats in my crawlspace. I know it's become common around here and all that, but I really didn't want to deal with it on top of my everyday life. I am so happy I called Romello.He was very responsive and engaging, which honestly doesn't normally mean that much to me, but I noticed that it actually felt like the guy empathized with me. That's not a common experience with ultra-corporate companies. And not only that, but he actually knew what he was doing and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Just solved my problem for me for an honest rate in a super timely manner. I couldn't have asked for more.
