Introduction: My name is Ian Taylor, I am a trained Chef of about 28 years, I have been an Executive Chef for over 23 of those years. Trained in the UK, I have gathered a wide range of culinary skills that includes the best of Europe as well as authentic Caribbean cuisine which was learnt while growing up in the Jamaica. I am a capable pastry chef as well as having an extensive knowledge of Vegan and Vegetarian food. My personality is chilled and pleasant and I enjoy putting a smile on my clients faces. I am ServSafe certified and has great knowledge regarding micro biology and the harm that unsafe practices can cause, especially in a time of uncertainty regarding COVID issues. When I has Mr. Ian was an exceptional chef, I would be making the understatement of the year. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and beautiful presented, he took special care to personalize every part of the dining experience for my family. My mother was so overwhelmed with the food and his professionalism and raves about this experience to this day. I can’t wait until we get to taste his delicious meals again.

Chef Ian traveled to prepare my 50th birthday dinner. He was very thoughtful when we discussed the menu. He offered suggestions based on what I liked but prepared in a way that was new to me. The meal he prepared was delicious and filling. Everything was exceptional. Chef Ian was very professional and personable. If we're ever in the area again, I will certainly book him again.

This was my first experience using a chef and it was amazing. From the beginning he was very responsive. He was friendly and attentive. He was super accommodating. He genuinely wants you have a great experience. The setup and food was great. He was very thoughtful which I really appreciated. He and the staff were engaging and professional. My family and I really enjoyed the experience and would defiantly use his services in the future. Worth every penny!

Chef Ian is the best. He arrived before his scheduled time and asked permission to come into our home to begin work. My husband doesn't eat beef, my daughter is a pescatarian, and I has a shrimp allergy. Chef Ian was able to make accommodations and present a wonderful menu. He help us to make our 30th Anniversary a remarkable event. I would hire him again and recommend him to my family and friends.
