What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing for basic services such as logo designs. 2-D logos start at $200 for 5 samples and unlimited revisions. Other projects, such as web development, are priced based on the services needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to beginning any project, we ask that our customers complete a questionnaire regarding the project. This will help us do the proper research for the project and gain insight into the vision of the client's business as well as do an analysis of the competition. We want to deliver the best product possible, and the questionnaire allows us to do so.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for nearly 20 years. I took professional training to prepare for my certifications more than 10 years ago. These certifications include E-commerce, Adobe products, and web development. We remain on the cutting edge of technology because it is constantly changing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We wanted to provide a way for the smaller companies to compete with the larger companies. In many cases, we've found that potential customers choose vendors based on the image the larger vendors portray online. As such, we are able to give the smaller businesses the look of the larger business when someone visits their website or looks at their logo, stationery, or mobile app.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from all over the world. From the startup entrepreneur to the seasoned business owner, we are able to serve customers from all walks of life.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We were recently hired to build and manage 14 websites for a company in Arkansas. The client did not want to use Wordpress, so we build the entire system using Code Igniter/PHP. It took us approximately 4 months to build all 14 websites from the ground up. We now manage all 14 websites and will be building the websites for the remaining 5 brands within the family of companies as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you really want quality service, know exactly what you want and have a budget in mind. Also, know who your competition is and be prepared to provide enough information to get your business to where you want it to be. Lastly, do not be afraid to invest in your business. Remember, you want people to pay you for your services, so as a business owner, you should be prepared and willing to invest in your own business as well.

Do you have a clear vision of where you want your business to go in the next 2-5 years? Are you willing to invest in the growth of your business? Are you prepared to make the necessary changes to your website and/or marketing to get your business the results you desire?
