Was supposed to be a 175 service call. The operator came and snake the drain for 3 hours, and the clog was still there. Had a second opinion form another company come and found that it. Was a totally different issue after spending about 10 minutes underneath the house looking at the plumbing. Operator then charged us $360 without fixing the issue, making a mess and scratching the inside bowl of the toilet. The operator also had us make the check out to him personally and said he would be back in a few days and stated that it would be”probably” be around d 1500 when he came back. We cancelled with him and went with the second opinion who fixed the issue with a 5 year warranty.

Went to georgia tech for HVAC and have been doing all types of repairs to my own home since I was 12. Plus, learning things along the way all through my life.
