- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on the job. If the job is not described properly and we get there and it is not what was said on our first estimate interaction then we have the right to re-estimate the price. We are happy to work with you if we are able to but at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first contact we put ourselves in the customer's shoes and try to be as prompt to be there and to get the job done and try to get the job done as soon as humanly possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to georgia tech for HVAC and have been doing all types of repairs to my own home since I was 12. Plus, learning things along the way all through my life.
