- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $800 for day of coordination. Additional pricing is based on the expected number of guest and additional services or products requested by the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an initial consultation is scheduled to gather more details about the expectations for the event. Afterwards an official quote is sent to the customer to review and approve. During this time I work with the customer to ensure the pricing is in line with the established budget. Upon approval of the quote, a contract is created for the customer to review, approve and sign. The deposit to secure service is due at the signing of the contract. I immediately begin work on the contracted tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have educational training as a certified wedding planner from Penn Foster Career School and a master's degree in business administration from Georgia Southern University. I'm also a certified project manager.
