If George bids on your project, consider yourself lucky. His price for painting my trim (2 story home!) was about as good as it gets. He even found a way to make it to my house on the day we had scheduled, despite having car trouble on the way over. He's a great guy, and you'll be happy to support him and his small business after seeing his motivation and hard work. Thanks George for knocking out this job, despite the 100 degree heat!
