If I could give more than five stars I would. I am so glad I went with Pete. I can’t say enough nice things about him. Pete’s professionalism from the initial phone call listening to the issues and offering solutions to the text thanking me for my business to confirmation and an eta. He arrived ahead of schedule which worked great for me. When he arrived he was courteous and respectful. He didn’t mind my Pugs saying hi. He was very thorough in his assessment of the house in it’s entirety including yard. Pete offers competitive pricing… there are cheaper options (not by much- don’t do it) if you go with a corporate company. I ultimately went with him because he is a small business owner. You will receive thorough and personal service.
At the completion of the treatment service he went over the scheduled timeframe of when he’d be back out to keep up maintenance to keep the insects/pests at bay. Definitely pleased and highly recommend Pete’s Pest Patrol.

Pete is the greatest bug man! He’s super easy and understand to work with. I had a family emergency the day before our appt and I forgot to reschedule until he showed for our appt. I felt so bad but he was very understanding and accommodating. I haven’t seen any bugs come back yet! Such a huge relief.

Pete assessed my home for termite damage and provided preventative treatment at a reasonable price. Very polite, professional, and punctual. Would absolutely recommend.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive since we do not have the high overhead of most large, national companies. We are not always the cheapest around, but the experience, value, results and customer satisfaction that we have is well worth every penny.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers and appreciate the trust they place in a family owned company to protect them. With all new customers, we want them to feel comfortable with our team and go above and beyond to make sure everyone shows up with a smile, ready to solve the toughest challenges.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Believe it or not, the GA DEPT of Agriculture requires certified operator license holders like my self to go through rigorous continuing education training, just to stay in business. With my licenses, I have to maintain a minimum of 60 hours of training every 5 years, so you can consider me an expert!
