Greetings potential clients, we are going through a name change (formally 5M Forge and Farms LLC) is now 5M Custom fabrication and metal work LLC.. We’ve been in business since 2017, nothing else has changed. We are the same owners providing quality fabrication of all types. We have also added powder coating to all projects if applicable and desired. Greetings all, I’m John Morgan CEO/owner of 5M custom fabrication and metal work LLC. I am a retired Policeman, I started my business shortly before retirement. I’ve been welding and fabricating for 20 plus years, 7 of these years were full time welding and fabricating and part time while a Police Officer. I’m skilled in the following welding processes (gmaw, gtaw, fcaw and smaw). My business is mobile, so I’m able to come to your location. I’m not limited to just any one fabrication style or idea. I’ve built handrails, gates, ladder racks and repaired items that required just a part welded back on. We offer discounts to military and public service professionals, ask for details. We are also working towards offering financing for larger projects.

Prices range from job to job: eg. job size, difficulty.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is a phone consultation, meet with the customer. I then will find out what the customer wants done and discuss ideas, pros/cons too. I check out the item requested for repair if applicable, take measurements and email a quote within a day typically.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 plus years of welding and fabricating experience. I attended Dekalb Technical College where I received a diploma in welding and joining technology.
