- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for my accounting/bookkeeping services will be driven by the type of services needed. If the client needs me to perform specific responsibilities they may hire me as an consultant on an hourly basis, this option is available for business owners that recognize the need for an accountant but they are not financially able to commit to a monthly agreement. As for my tax clients my fees start at $225.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer my first objective is to understand the client's needs. I have a set of questions that I ask if the client is inquiring about Accounting/Bookkeeping Services. If the customer is a tax client I find out how they perceive their tax situation. After a brief phone conversation I will then provide an assessment and quote for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA in Accounting and a MBA in Business Administration. I have 20 years of accounting from billing to Financial Statement preparation. I am a registered Tax Preparer with the IRS.
