I've been doing plumbing for 13 years and I have been licensed since 2015. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have worked at several service companies around the Metro Atlanta area for the last 11 years. I know market pricing and what you would pay if you called a reputable company to come fix your issue. I have worked at many of these companies and I can beat their pricing because I am a small operation and I don’t have the amount of overhead that large companies would have.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed plumber and went to school for plumbing technologies for five years. I am Rinnai certified for installing tankless water heaters. I have installed over 200 tankless water heaters in different case scenarios.
