Hired on Thumbtack

the pro didn't call when he was on the way. he said he knocked on the door but 2 people were in the house and dint hear the door bell or a knock. I called him within 7min of his call when he said he was ath the house. he stated he already left. I said people are at the house can you go back. He said he already called another customer. I was disappointed. But maybe he had too many stops
