Troy was very professional and arrived on time. I requested a thermostat replacement to a Google smart one. This is pretty standard. I have installed one previously in my other home, but i have a new AC unit and wanted to ensure it was done properly. The only issue was the initial contact. The estimated price posted was lower, hence the reason I selected this company. During our conversation, I asked how much it would cost. I was told of the trip fee but not told quoted a price. I was not told of the cost until an hour before the appointment. I was charged the average price of $150 which is standard. I feel customers should be told upfront of a price for this replacement, not the day of. In their defense, I think someone else does the initial contact and they may not have known. Overall, I will definitely hire again.
