TRoy was very polite,skilled and professional. He diagnosed the bad furnace motor on Sunday and quickly came back and replaced and repaired furnace. Apac is a very honest and highly skilled company! Thanks Apac!

Alpac Environmental Solutions really helped me out in a bind. The air compressor went out on my parents air unit ,and they are elderly the weather in Atlanta has been 95 for the past 3 weeks so we were really stressed that we wouldn't be able to get help. They contacted me 2 minutes after I posted the request for help and came out yesterday at noon when they said they would . The technicians were prompt , and very professional and my parents were super pleased and enjoying a nice cool home . Thanks again for excellent service! AF Scott

Troy was very kind and answered all of my questions. My ac was not cooling down my house and he solved the problem. Within an hour my air was back working. I put four stars instead of five because I think the price is not competitive. The average diagnosis fee with other companies is less but they weren’t available for same day service. It was worth paying extra to have it done immediately.

When you’re having heater problems in the middle of a cold snap, you don’t want to have to wait 2 or 3 days for someone to come out. After contacting Alpac, the tech was able to come out that same evening. He also came back the next evening to follow up on his work when I realized there was still a problem.
