I had the AC outlet leaking water for over a year and I reach out to Alpac. They responded so quick and came to check out my unit the next day. After a deep review and troubleshooting the unit, the electronic board was deemed faulty and the pipe was also clog because I did not maintain the unit. They ordered new board and were in constant communication with the delivery date. Once it arrived, they came back and installed it. It is fully functional now and they also advised on preventative maintenance with maintenance schedule to prevent the issue from arising again. Truly appreciative if their responsiveness, quality of work, attention to details and communication.

I messup my AC while install thermostat by myself then i contact them. Troy was on time even in Sunday,he’s did very good job and friendly with reasonable price. He also check everything in systems will work good after installed the thermostat. Will hire again
