- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As far as the pricing goes, everything comes out of our standard heating and cooling price manual.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer I would make sure if there’s any confusion it would be at a minimum. Explaining clearly the process that’s taking place is fully understood before arrival and at departure and always having and open line of communication to all my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated and trained in Commercial, Refrigeration and Residential heating and air.
