REVIEW QUESTION: HOW CAN HEG CONCRETE IMPROVE IN THE FUTURE? 1) Please respond to your customers in a timely manner. We’ve contacted Hector several times with no reply. 2) Please finish the work you were hired to do to your customer’s satisfaction and agreed upon light brush finish for back patio that was very visible the next day. 3) Please fulfill the warranty you said you have for concrete installation. 4) Please admit your mistakes in poor concrete surface finish that has bad curved trowel lines and heavy brush marks and fix it instead of saying it’s not trowel marks, or you don’t do concrete repair work when it’s on your company profile that you do concrete repairs. 5) Please prep, compact, and level the ground before you pour concrete (no gravel and no compacting done and did not dig per video evidence) and now the ground under the 4-inch concrete is crumbling and corner of slab concrete has no support. 6) Please do the right and honest thing cos you’re supposed to be the “Pro”. It’s not too late, Hector Espinoza. Please help your disappointed customers. This will need to be fixed and will cost more later as you know it’s not a driveway but a back patio and we agreed what the finish and quality should look like.
