What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and fair. We respect our customers, by offering them the best value for their money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet with the customer to determine their needs. We then explain all our services, we provide a DJ for weddings, parties, graduations, corporate events, etc... We also provide videography services for weddings and graduations. Customers can also contract with the recording studio to lay down musical track. Yardie Studio has full complement of instruments including bass, guitar, keyboard, drums, etc... The recording studio features the latest hardware and softer to produce the highest quality recording for each artist.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a computer technician dealing with computers system board and electronics. I then became a software engineer, which I have done for the past 15 years. Basically, I am very familiar with electronic equipment such as amplifiers, speakers, mixers, audio interface and camcorder. We also have photographer on staff, who also specializes in videography.
