He was on time and did the job that he was hired to do. He was also very professional with his interactions with me and showed me the debris that he retrieved from the vent. My only suggestion is that he leaves an invoice for his services rendered. I would hire him again if needed.

My toilet was out of commission and I needed someone to come as soon as possible to replace it. Bruce was able to come next day and fix it. My house is old so some parts did not fit the newer model toilet. Bruce went with me to Home Depot to help select the right parts to get the job done. The customer service was amazing and he did not have a problem with going that extra mile to go to Home Depot with me at 8 pm to get the right part. I will gladly have him back for future projects.
