This was my first experience using thumbtack and I was more than satisfied with the person I selected. He set an appointment, arrived on time and quickly troubleshooted my issue to an easy fix. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely fair. I offer every customer a free consultation on all projects. I also give all military members a discount on all services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to either meet with the customer or speak with them to get an idea off what their vision is for the project. I then take that and make it come true. Some project require an on-site estimate, this ensure the best pricing for the client.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been doing repairs for friend and family for years. Decided to make a business out of it.
