Hi! My name Jenny. I am the proud owner of Jennys Italian ice, funnel cake & food Factory . I was born and raised in Florida. It was at the age of 10 when I had my first funnel cake at Jacksonville Florida fair. At that moment I fell in LOVE with the doughy pastry and decided to try my own mixture at home. After many attempts of trying different recipes and A LOT of flour, I finally got it right and start frying funnel cakes for my friends and family. Ironically, at the age of 16, I was super excited to get my first job working at the Jacksonville Fair. In just a few months, I proved myself to become one of the youngest food and beverage managers for both funnel cake locations in the park. I absolutely love this job and making people happy with Italian ice & Funnel Cakes! I graduated from William M Raines Highschool and then attended FAMU college where I earned my Business Management . Since the age of 10, I dreamed of starting my own Funnel Cake Brand and Italian ice Brand and after years of research and testing different batters and flavors with friends and family, the dream became a reality! I thank my Heavenly Father and my husband for believing in me! It hasn't been easy but through the support of my family and community and a lot of prayer...ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! The Jennys Italian ice & Funnel cake Brand has participated in many fairs, festivals, and events over the years.
