- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly retainers for general admin & basic social media support start at only $150. Transcription services start at $1.50 per audio minute. Basic website setup starts at $595 for a 6-page website. Website maintenance is also available for only $125/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book a free discovery call/initial consultation. 2. After the consultation, you'll sign a proposal and contract, and pay your invoice. 3. We'll kick-off our new relationship with a strategy call. 4. You'll sit back, relax, and enjoy "T Time!"
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my bachelor's degree in business management, I've amassed a professional background in admin & management, customer service, and information technology.
