- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work with monthly rates and offer either 1on1 training or a pre-set small group training schedule that is also available. Pricing includes nutritional guidelines and an accountability group with like minded to people to keep you in track with your diet and movement guidelines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak with and get them in the gym to see how they move through a session. I like to find out about their current lifestyle and how we can adjust that to make their health and wellness goals a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
