I'm so glad I found Lanette! The previous decorator flaked on me TWO days before my 50th bday dinner. I sent info thru Thumbtack and Lanette replied within minutes stating she had unusual availability the day I needed her. At first I decided to go without any decor, then changed my mind the day before of my event. And still Lanette stepped right in with exactly what I wanted! She sent the invoice right away, sent samples of her work, and did a phone consult with me. I paid and she got to work immediately. She arrived at the venue early and set up was so fast that I didn't even get to meet her. I was ecstatic when I saw what she had done. It was perfect for my event and the small space being used. I was thoroughly pleased with her professionalism, responsiveness, work quality, and punctuality. I'm definitely booking her for my husband's 50th celebration in a few months...and I hope I get to meet her next time!

TL Event rental was hired to decorate for my daughter's 21st birthday party. What a great team! They were very trustworthy and communication was surprisingly easy from start to finish. They delivered a spectacular balloon arch with vivid colors and organized my backyard in a way that I hadn't thought possible.
