- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if I am delivering, I will pick up item at the store, with or without the customer. if I am without, I will need a scanned copy of receipt. I will arrive at the appointed time, and walk to where the product is going to find the most appropriate path. Then I will bring the product to the assigned location. Assemble product. Remove packaging, tools, and make sure the work area is clean. Allow customer to inspect product. Complete transaction and leave with customer happy.

None needed. Just experience helps. the more you do the better you get
