- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offer promotions from time to time. I believe in personalization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One on one consultation via phone, facetime or in person. Every client is unique and should be treated as such. I usually like a 33% deposit once retained, 33% due the day of the job and balance upon delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years in photography, about the same in event and wedding planning, 38+ years in the theater/dance community
